About Olivia Loncaric

Born and raised in California, Olivia’s journey to Honolulu was guided by family and purpose, relocating to be closer to her father on Maui and her brother serving in the U.S. military on Oahu. 

Before entering real estate, Olivia built a strong foundation in client relations through corporate advertising sales and the fashion industry. After graduating from LA Trade Tech with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, she honed her ability to understand clients’ needs, communicate clearly, and deliver results with precision—skills that translate seamlessly into real estate. She further strengthened her industry expertise through hands-on experience in property management and real estate transaction coordination, gaining a detailed understanding of the process from contract to close. 

As a second-generation Realtor, real estate has always been part of her world. With her mother working in the commercial side of the business, she gained early exposure to the industry, while her own passion lies on the residential side, helping people find homes they genuinely love and feel connected to. With a deep appreciation for home décor, architecture, and design, she believes a home should be more than just an address; it should feel like a sanctuary. 

Known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and strong communication, she is dedicated to creating a thoughtful, tailored experience for every client, whether they’re buying their first home or exploring investment opportunities. 

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys Pilates, discovering new restaurants, and making the most of island life with her dog; whether hiking scenic trails or heading to the beach.
