Kylah Gruspe, a Kaua’i local earned an AA in applied arts with a brief background in Architecture and Interior Design that gives a unique approach to choosing a home that would fit your needs now and in the future. She brings a deep love and understanding of Hawai’i culture to the real estate agency. She has an innate understanding of the local market, its unique dynamics, and the lifestyle that comes with living in this tropical paradise. Prior to committing to real estate, she has worked in the restaurant hospitality industry for 8 years alongside studying. Kylah has worked in a vast range of restaurants from casual to high-end fine dining, imparting on her an unparalleled skill set in customer service. She thrives in high pressure situations, swiftly putting into action solutions as a result of working numerous fast-paced, high-stress restaurants. Kylah started from the lowest position and worked her way up steadily to Supervisor. Her experiences have given her the leadership skills, communication skills and multitasking abilities needed to guide you to the house of your dreams.

When Kylah’s not on the hunt for your perfect home or investment property, she likes to spend her time visiting markets featuring local businesses, scoping out the next hottest shopping trend, tasting food at new eateries, or spending time with family or friends. When she needs to escape the bustling city of Honolulu, she travels back to Kaua’i to visit her family or flies off to one of her bucket list places!
